The product is good. The customer service is very quick. The only thing disappointing is the DHL service which delivered the product. First told me the product would arrive on Thursday then said the next working day. Then a message came to say tried delivering but no safe place to put it in, I ws there all day but saw no one deliver. Eventually received it next day. Overall the experience with this product and company is excellent.

Cracking battery, the old battery was past it's best, max 25 minutes usage after a full charge. This new one gives over 2 hours after a full charge, bearing in mind it's fitted into a 12 year old laptop so very happy with it
